Something Is Eating My Computer

Computers at internet cafés are living zoos. All are infected. Viruses. Trojans. The moment you plugin your USB pendrive something copies itself onto it. But you are cool 'cause, hey, you are not that stupid to run anyting of it on your own computer. And you have switched off autorun for all media. And otherwise you are safe. Right? More
