Fashion stores. Purses. Hats. Shoes. Underwear. No, this is not Harajuku. Eventhough Sugamo gets nicknamed that sometimes. But here you will not see high heels. Or gothic lolita make-up. Or hair died pink or green. Hair are gray here. Naturally. Sugamo's nickname is Obaachan no Harajuku. Harajuku for Grannies.
