Yak is the Tibetan national animal. Huge thing with curly horns and hair all the way to ground. Hanging out in herds on plains around highway. You find it in every restaurant's menu. Yak steak is almost like beef steak. I ate also yak pie, yak stroganoff, yak burger, yak pizza, hungarian yak goulash, yak snitzel, yak fried rice, yak fried noodles, yak momo (something like extra big ravioli).
